As a strategy, MM Internationl has split its quality function into two different operation, i.e. Quality assurance and Quality Control. With the increasing complexity of tolerances and increased customer expectations , the need for Quality Planning has never been higher . The Quality Assurance function is taking up this part , by making all APQP and Quality Planning documents before the start of any new project and is ensuring its implementation and compliance at each level , with the help of Quality Control function. With newer additions to the existing Laboratory , it is one of the best equipped laboratory .
